Message	many things: computers, outsourcing, union busting, finance as the major U.S. enterprise, etc, etc. It is not unique to auto-parts stores. It seems that no matter the industry, we end up talking to people who know nothing except what the computer screen in front of them tells them. It seems there is just not enough profit in quality these days. ...... thanks, I needed that.
